저희 숙소에서는 가족 및 단체 게스트님의 편의를 위해 단체 세탁 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 아래 내용을 참고하셔서 편리하게 이용해 주세요.
세탁물 수거 및 배송 안내
•
1회 세탁 기준: 1kg ~ 20kg까지 접수 가능 [1회 2만원]
•
세탁물 수거 시간: 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 사이에 문 앞에 내놓은뒤 알려주세요.
•
세탁 완료 후 배송: 다음날 오전 중 문 앞에 배송해드립니다.
이용 방법
1.
세탁을 원하시는 고객님께서는 펜톤나인 카카오톡을 통해 세탁서비스를 신청하신 뒤 세탁물을 봉투 또는 가방에 담아 문 앞에 놓아주세요.
2.
[만나서 카드/현금 결제] 또는 [계좌이체]를 해주세요
3.
접수된 세탁물은 당일 수거되며, 다음날 오전 중에 완료된 세탁물이 배송됩니다.

Laundry Service Guide
For your convenience, we offer a professional laundry service in partnership with a trusted provider. Please refer to the information below to use the service.
Laundry Pickup & Delivery
•
Per load: Accepting 1kg to 20kg per pickup [₩20,000 per load]
•
Pickup time: Please place your laundry in front of your room between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and let us know via KakaoTalk.
•
Delivery time: Clean laundry will be delivered the following morning in front of your door.
How to Use the Service
1.
Please request laundry service via KakaoTalk or Airbnb, and place your laundry in a bag in front of your door.
2.
Payment can be made in person by card, cash, or bank transfer.
3.
Laundry will be picked up the same day and delivered the next morning once completed.
